Thank you, TBQ, for these two very wise statements. I, myself, am feeling very successful with my fiction on Substack, but I am a realist who cares little about numbers. However I am keeping my box of matches handy, should I decide to just go crazy.
Ecstatic - on your behalf - not unlike the twenty pounds of polystyrene that, doubtless, is still out there applauding your successes. Nostalgia is the only way to time travel; both I and the dragon thank you for being a machine that just won't quit.
Today I read a long article about how societal collapse is definitely happening and sooner than we think. Which, okay, whatever. Now, reading the description of your book, I'm thinking if any sentient beings come along after this collapse, I hope they find your book. It will provide some helpful clues as to what went on here.
